Rumours, Myths and Lies!
In the fine tradition of roleplaying games we present the Gwenthian list of rumours. These are listed as a bald statement, followed by the area(s) of Gwenthia where they are most likely to be heard, and then the letter T for true, F for false, or M for maybe true or false at the discretion of the referee!

- Chli-Mestis-Han, warlord of the Badlands and Night Hag worshipper, has sent his crazed Steel Wheelers to Karvarian? to take metal from the Monastery of Duke Maligaunt and thus seal the warlord's power. - A new war leader has arisen near the Smoking Hills and is rapidly conqering his way through the Petty princedoms of the High Plateau - some say he is a Garadinian plant, others that he is allied to Shro-Astis-Jhar?. (M)
- The privateer, known as 'The Rose'?, has been sighted off the coast of Cromaigne, with her ship, 'The Clear Blue Horizon', a Galleas? ship armed with Tharux cannons and mortars. The Rose is wanted for piracy in ?? and Durustan. Her crew is reputed to be a murderous band of cut-throats and includes an Iqari amongst their number. (Cromaigne, Durustan), (M)
